OH MY GOSH - AWFUL experience!!!

Okay, so I was SO excited to finally get some cool new lights for my car from AutoLEDTech! The website looked awesome, and I thought, "YES, this is it!" But oh my goodness, what a disaster! I ordered a specific set of fog lights, and when they arrived, they were completely WRONG! Not even close to what I picked. I mean, how do you mess that up?! I tried to contact customer service, and it was like talking to a brick wall. Emails went unanswered for DAYS, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they were just... not helpful. At all. They acted like it was MY fault! I am so incredibly disappointed. I was so ready to be a repeat customer, but after this, there's NO way. Save yourself the headache, seriously!

Good enough for the price

Finally decided to give AutoLEDTech a try since I needed some new interior lights for my car, and their prices looked pretty good. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I needed pretty quick. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, like five days, but everything arrived in good shape. The lights themselves are decent, not super bright but they do the job. For the price, I can't really complain.

WOW! AutoLEDTech is AMAZING!

Oh my goodness, I just HAVE to share how absolutely thrilled I am with AutoLEDTech! I was looking for some new car electronics and GPS stuff, and their website was so easy to navigate. The product descriptions were super clear, and everything just looked so professional. I placed my order, and it arrived SO quickly – seriously, I wasn't expecting it for another day or two! When I opened the package, the quality was just fantastic. It exceeded all my expectations! I've already installed everything, and my car looks and feels incredible. I’m definitely, DEFINITELY shopping here again. And you bet I'm telling all my friends about AutoLEDTech! What a brilliant find!

Decent for basic needs

I was looking for some new LED interior lights for my car, nothing fancy, just a straightforward upgrade. AutoLEDTech had a good selection and the prices seemed reasonable enough. Ordering was fine, pretty standard online store experience. The lights arrived in about a week, which wasn't super fast but not terrible either. Packaging was okay, everything arrived intact. Installation was mostly straightforward, though one of the bulbs was a little finicky to get seated properly. It works now, but it took a bit more wiggling than I expected. The brightness is good, definitely an improvement over the old dim ones. I'm not blown away, but I'm not disappointed either. It's a solid middle-of-the-road experience. If you need something basic and don't mind a small hiccup or two, they're probably fine.

Good value, especially with a discount

Finally decided to give AutoLEDTech a try after seeing some decent prices on car electronics. As a deal hunter, I'm always looking for ways to save, and I managed to snag a decent discount code floating around online. The ordering process was pretty straightforward, no major hiccups there. Shipping took about a week, which wasn't super fast but also not terrible, especially considering I got a good deal. The product itself (a new GPS unit) seems to be working well, pretty much as advertised. For the price I paid, it feels like good value for money. Would recommend checking for offers before buying.

Good quality, communication could improve

I ordered a Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel for my truck. It arrived in about 8 days, which was reasonable. The steering wheel itself feels very solid and looks great, definitely an upgrade. My only minor issue was that tracking updates weren't very frequent, so I wasn't always sure where it was. But overall, happy with the purchase.

Decent, but a bit of a wait!

Okay, so I finally decided to try AutoLEDTech for some new interior lights for my car, and WOW, the selection is fantastic! I was genuinely excited to pick out exactly what I wanted. The website is super easy to navigate, which is always a plus, and checkout was a breeze. I really thought, 'This is going to be amazing!' The lights themselves are pretty good, they really brighten up the inside of my car and look slick! BUT, the shipping took a little longer than I expected. I was so eager to get them installed, and the wait kinda dulled my excitement a little. It wasn't terrible, just not as speedy as I hoped. Still, the product quality is there, and I'll probably shop again... just with a bit more patience next time!

What happened to AutoLEDTech?

I've been a customer with AutoLEDTech for years, honestly. Ordered from them for my last three cars, always recommending them to friends. But this latest order? It's just... not the same. My previous orders were always spot on, delivered quickly, products worked perfectly, no fuss. That's why I kept coming back, the reliability was there. This time, everything felt off. The shipping took ages, way longer than before, and when the package finally arrived, the product was clearly not what I expected. It's like they completely changed their quality control or something. I'm really disappointed because I used to trust them for my car electronics. Now I'm left wondering if I should even bother trying again. It feels like a totally different company.

Smooth order and installation

I decided to upgrade my car's lighting with Custom LED Headlights and Flow Series Halos. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough, and they had clear options for my vehicle make and model. Shipping took exactly 7 days to get to my place in California, arriving well-packaged. The customer service team was helpful when I had a question about the wiring harness compatibility before buying; they replied within a few hours. Installation wasn't too bad; the instructions were pretty clear for someone with basic auto knowledge. The lights look fantastic and really changed the front end of my car. They've been working perfectly since I put them in, no issues with flickering or anything. For anyone looking for a noticeable upgrade, I'd say these are worth it.

Bad experience

Ordered some car LED bulbs from AutoLEDTech. The website showed them as in stock. Waited over a week, nothing shipped. Contacted support and they said it was actually backordered. No heads up, no email. Just waiting for nothing. Had to cancel the order. Wasted my time.
